SOMA RESET is a guided practice space — somatic check-ins, breath, parts work, and witnessing — designed to be used between or alongside therapy, coaching, or your own care. It is not a substitute for mental-health treatment, medical advice, or crisis support.

You need to be 16 or older to create an account. The practices and language assume an adult user with their own agency.
Your words stay yours. Anything you write into SOMA RESET — check-ins, glimmers, triggers, notices, reflections, drawings — belongs to you. We store it so you can see it; we don’t claim a licence to use or share it.
The app itself — the practices, audio, video, written material, methodologies, visual design, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of Sadhvee Babu, protected under international copyright. The one exception is the background music, which is licensed rather than owned (see the music, below). Your account gives you a personal, non-commercial right to use all of it.

Some practices include music by independent artists, licensed for SOMA RESET through Melodie. Every track is properly cleared, and the artists are paid for their work. That licence covers the music playing inside SOMA RESET only — it can’t be copied out of the app, used in your own projects, or shared as standalone audio.
Full access to SOMA RESET is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, usually after a 7-day free trial. The current price is always shown on the subscribe screen before you confirm, in your own currency.
It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand — so you’re never charged by surprise. A free trial converts to a paid period if you don’t cancel before it ends.
Cancel anytime. If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, manage or cancel it in Settings › Subscriptions on your device (Apple handles that billing). If you subscribed on the web, manage it from your account at somareset.saddybabu.com. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Live classes are run over Zoom at a scheduled time. You can book one by paying for it, or by spending a class credit. One credit books any live class, whatever you paid for it and wherever you bought it.
Booking closes. Booking for a class closes 1 hour before it starts.
Cancelling. If you can’t make a class, cancel it from the class page before it starts. A free class always comes back. A class booked with a credit: cancel at least 12 hours before it starts and the credit returns to your balance automatically. A class you paid for: cancel at least 12 hours before it starts and what you paid comes back as a class credit, not as a refund to your card. Cancel inside those 12 hours and nothing comes back for a credit or a paid class, because your place was kept for you and the class ran.
Expiry. Credits you buy do not expire. Credits we give you — a founding welcome, a birthday, a challenge reward — are valid for 12 months from the day they land.
Refunds. Credits bought on the web are refundable to the original payment method while they are unspent — email us. Credits bought inside the iPhone app are purchased from Apple, not from us, so refunds for those are requested from Apple and granted at their discretion; we can’t issue or refuse them on Apple’s behalf. Gifted credits have no cash value.
If we call off a class. Everyone booked is told straight away. A free class or a credit comes back to you, and anything you paid for that class is refunded to the card you paid with.
How your data is handled is covered in detail in our Privacy Policy. The short version: it stays in your account, we never sell it, and you can delete it.
You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab — this removes your check-ins, your map, your reminders, and your account record. We may also close an account that misuses the app (copying content, harassment, fraud).
If we change these terms, the “last updated” date above changes too. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version. We’ll surface anything material at sign-in, not silently.
SOMA RESET is offered as-is, in good faith, as a practice space. We’re not liable for outcomes that depend on decisions you make — whether to seek treatment, what to share with a clinician, how to interpret what your body is telling you. Trust your own knowing, and your care team.
Saddy holds current professional indemnity insurance of $2,000,000 for any one claim and public and products liability insurance of $20,000,000 for any one claim. A certificate of currency is available on request.
